Conduct regular rounds throughout the facility to monitor resident activity and ensure compliance with rules and guidelines.

Work Experience
Previous work in a role providing support or assistance, ideally within a social services or residential setting.
Experience with managing or maintaining residential facilities, including overseeing cleanliness and safety.
Familiarity with security measures and safety procedures in a residential or institutional environment.
Experience handling emergencies or crises, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and act effectively under pressure.
Work experience with individuals from diverse or challenging backgrounds, particularly women in transitional or rehabilitative settings.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
Experience working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals and provide comprehensive support.
Previous work or volunteer experience in related social service organizations.
